Open water swim will start on Wednesday, June 4th at 6:00pm  will be held at Lake Wingra .  The session may possibly begin at the Verona Quarry depending on Lake temperatures at the start of the session.  Coaches will contact participants as the start date approaches.  Only 10 spots per class.

  • Learn how to breathe and develop your stroke
  • Learn open water techniques like sighting and swimming straight
  • Learn about drafting and pacing techniques
