Classes for all Locations

Group Exercise

Aquatics

We work hard to offer a rich variety of group exercise classes throughout the day. Our class offerings begin the moment our doors open—the crack of dawn, for all you early birds. Then they continue throughout the day and into the early evening. We offer group exercise classes not only in our studio classrooms at both locations but also in our warm-water pool and lap pool at the Fitchburg location.

Have a question or looking for more information about our group exercise classes? Contact us today at (608) 278-8118 (Fitchburg) or (608) 442-8118 (Cap. Square) to talk to a member of our staff right now.
