Can I use either club?
As a member, you have access to both of our locations. Your membership can be used at our Fitchburg or Capitol Square clubs anytime during normal operating hours.

How does parking work at the Capitol Square club?
Finding parking downtown can be impossible! As a member, you can park in the parking ramp directly behind the club at the corner of Dayton + Pinckney. Just stop by the front desk after your workout, bring in your voucher from the Dayton + Pinckney parking ramp to get it validated, slip it in the machine when you exit the ramp and you’re done!

Between 5am – 5pm Weekdays: Parking is $2/hr
After 5pm: Free
Sat/Sun: Free except for special events

What if my health insurance company provides a reimbursement for my membership?
We’re recognized as a preferred health club provider by:

Because each provider has different requirements, the best thing to do is see your service provider to obtain details and registration forms.  Pinnacle Health + Fitness can provide whatever documentation is required by your insurance carrier.

What additional services are available?
Fitness and health is about so much more than just working out. We offer a variety of additional services to make your visit to the club fun, convenient and effective.

  1. Tanning: Our 10 minute tanning booth (Fitchburg location) will allow you to keep a summer glow year round
  2. Massage: 30-, 60- and 90- minute massages are available
  3. Smoothie + Juice Bar: Fruit of the Earth smoothies, coffee, sport drinks and supplements are available
  4. Personal Trainers– You will find trainers with a broad background who will provide 40- and 60-minute personal training sessions to keep you on track
  5. Child Care: Our Fitchburg club has child care available. See club for details
  6. Locker Rentals: Kit lockers are available to store toiletries and personal items at the club
  7. Pro shop: You will find items from exercise apparel to swim goggles and ear buds for your convenience
  8. Laundry Service: Mesh bags to hold your workout gear will be provided for those members who want us to launder their clothes and have them ready for the next workout. This service is currently only available at our Capitol Square club
What if I get sick or hurt and can't use the club?
We completely understand things happen! So, we offer a Medical Freeze for any illness or injury that lasts longer than a month. Simply call the club and let us know. When you’re ready to come back, just bring a note from your physician letting us know you’re good to go.
Can I change the bank account I use to pay for my membership?
Yes! Just stop on by the front desk or call us with the information for your new account. **Please note the change will not take effect for 6 days after we have your new information. Be sure to make changes 6 days prior to our 5th and 20th of the month billing dates.
Can I bring guests to the club?
Of course! We offer several guest passes at the beginning of each membership term, which allow you to bring in a friend or family member, 13 yrs. of age or older, who may be interested in joining the club. Don’t have any guest passes left? No problem! We’re happy to provide a discount off of our normal Day Pass rate for your guests.
Can I bill food, beverages and other services to my account?
We can easily charge your account for any Smoothie Bar, Pro Shop or other purchase you make. All we ask is that you keep your current billing information on file with the club.
