Nate’s love of fitness started when he joined his elementary schools soccer team. Throughout middle and high school, you could find him participating in some sort of sporting event. Halfway through his first year of college, he ventured into weight lifting and strength training. This passion eventually led him to compete in his first body building competition.
He has experience working with a wide variety of clients; ranging from high school students, working professionals, to professional athletes. Whatever your goals are, from simply getting off the couch and moving more, to running a marathon, Nate is committed to empowering clients with the knowledge & expertise they need to achieve their goals.
