Bryan Rosen

I have been passionate about fitness and being healthy since I was young. Growing up, I played baseball and soccer and was a gymnast. As a result of playing these sports, my interest in strength and conditioning grew. I love teaching, sharing my knowledge, and helping people become healthier and stronger.

Safety is number one: I care deeply about form and body positioning so that you can be successful and not get injured. I am a firm believer in creating a good foundation of functional movement patterns that we see and use in our daily lives. We are training for the long game so that we can still do what we are doing now into our 70s and 80s. While I promote using everyday functional movements, personal training should be unique and should focus on the needs and goals of each client.

Although I have experience with a variety of clients, I have naturally gravitated towards masters clients (~35 and older) who are looking to stay active and improve joint health.
