The Fitchburg Birdwatching Club is run in 10 week increments throughout the year and is limited to 4 individuals per hour.
The training emphasizes burning fat and putting on lean muscle mass. No more light weights and burpees, instead we utilize heavy compounds lifts (squats, presses, pulls), dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to build a better looking and functioning body.
All participants get access to a virtual training plan!
