Barre

Join Jaclyn with her 30+ years experience in both dance and fitness to sculpt and tone your body from head to toe. We will incorporate Barre style workouts + some fun exciting change ups to keep your body working hard. We will work on strength, toning, cardio and core to give you a total body session geared to give you the results you want.

Each class meets 8:00-8:45am Wednesdays
