Hello and welcome to my personal website.  I hope that I am able to fulfill your needs as a personal trainer.Exercise and nutrition can sometimes present challenges to each of us.  Whether in a sports, competition, whether you are  experiencing  medical complications like heart disease or diabetes, dealing with muscle or joint injuries or just trying to lose that last 10 pounds,  sometime we just need a little help.  I like to think of myself as your helper to your goal.Majoring in Dietetics/Nutrition at U.W. Madison, I learned about the body and its response to calories and nutrients. Making and maintaining practical changes to your diet are essential in order to consistently eat a healthy and balanced diet. I develop a program that is personalized for you based on your personal goals. The best thing about exercise is that there are no limits to the improvements you can make.Exercise can also be relaxing and replenish the soul. In my Stretching and Relaxing Class, I combine the easier moves of yoga, basic stretching and soothing music to allow you to reach peace and harmony within.

If it is comradery or social interaction to get you through a work out, join one of my small group you’ll meet new people, have fun and still get a great workout.

My work with Christi has been great! She spent the time up front to understand some of my very specific needs. I am an in-line skate racer and recreational hockey player and was looking to improve speed and endurance. She put together a regimen of interesting and challenging exercises. In three months I have seen tremendous improvements in my balance and strength and am excited to start the new season this spring a step a ahead of my competition. Christi has been my trainer for some time now. When I first started with Christi I could only take the steps one at a time due to an old injury. I had pain and sometimes limped. With Christi as my trainer I have improve to the point I can cross country ski and yes go up the steps like a normal person. Just the other Day I thought I needed a Chiropractor because of a pain in my lower back and leg. Christi led me though a series of stretches and by the time our session was over the pain was gone. She knows her stuff. I have continued to grow stronger physically with weight training and exercise. I plan on continuing with Christi to stay healthy.
