Meet Hallie Ringhand

CNP 8893After Hallie obtained her Masters, she worked in her field providing therapy for individuals, couples and families. She hired and trained graduate students and ran one of the most accessed family counseling programs in WI. She uses her counseling education and experience in the customization of individual and corporate wellness plans. At the center of changing one’s health is understanding and consistently engaging in behavior modification. Hallie educates, supports and challenges her clients to understand and modify their health and lifestyle templates to achieve long term behavioral change and optimal health.

In addition to developing customized plans and lifestyle coaching, Hallie is a certified fitness professional with over 20 years of experience. She holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise, Body Training Systems and The Chek Institute in both fitness and nutrition. Her training, education and passion for helping others is what ignited her business, New U. Hallie has been married for over 20 years and is the proud mom of two amazing kids.
