If you are a tennis player then this is YOUR training class! Cardiac endurance, strength training, and flexibility are the main training components of this tennis specific class, taught by U.S.T.A. member and Personal Trainer Sally Wolff. Every class is designed to help make you a more complete player with the highest fitness level.
Each sixty minute class will include:
- Dynamic stretching warm ups
- Cardio based agility training using the Bosu Ball
- Strength training and Flexibility training
- Reaction training using TRX, medicine balls, bum bells, ladder drills and the latest functional equipment.
