After years of working as a nurse, I decided to combine my passion for working with people, health, wellness and fitness, and begin a new career. Over the last 5 years, I have enjoyed helping my clients achieve their fitness and health goals, whatever they may be.
It is possible to make a big difference to your health and wellness through improved fitness and nutrition. When I was completing my Precision Nutrition certification, I learned a phrase; “Progress not perfection”. It really resonated with me. I believe in the approach of working together to help you find balance with a healthy lifestyle and everyday life. Working full time, being a parent or responsible for aging parents, all take time and energy. I would like to work with you so you can be the best version of yourself you can be.
My fitness activities are; tennis, cycling, Pilates, hiking and strength training.
