Poppy is a certified Personal Trainer (ACE), Nutrition Coach (NASM), Health Coach (ACE) and Group Fitness Instructor (ACE) who has spent the last decade working with people from all walks of life. From competitive athletes, to postpartum mothers to people managing injuries and chronic health conditions, Poppy’s drive to help others live their healthiest lives leads her to develop fun and effective programming for her clients. “Every body is different” is her motto and she recognizes that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to personal training. Poppy is meticulous, creative, relatable and likes to think outside the box when it comes to her training techniques. When she’s not training, Poppy she enjoys hiking, biking, road trips and soaking up as much nature as possible on her own and with her family.
