Training Specialties: Strength, Fat Loss, Muscle Gain
Patryk has been training ever since his dad first took him to the gym as a middle-schooler. His shortcomings and failures to get stronger and add muscle pushed him to learn more about training and nutrition. As a personal trainer at multiple commercial gyms, Patryk worked with a diverse set of clients with goals ranging from weight loss, improving general health, and those struggling to gain weight. In addition to working with the general population, Patryk has experience as a strength and conditioning intern with the University of Wisconsin Madison. While interning he had the privilege to be involved in the training of women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s swim and dive, and women’s soccer. Additionally, he assisted as a strength and conditioning coach for youth athletes at a facility in Waunakee.
His passion for training led him to compete at several meets in strength sports including Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and strongman. He recently began practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai to expand his skillset into combat sports. Patryk hopes to use his knowledge in both exercise and nutrition to provide an integrative training approach that maximizes health and performance.

Patryk’s past experience training athletes combined with his nutrition background is a great resource for his clients. He is knowledgeable about correct form and uses a nice variety of exercises for a full body workout. I enjoy discussing both topics during our training sessions. This is the first time in my life that I have used a personal trainer and it has really provided some nice variety and a new approach to my workouts!
Being totally new to going to the gym, I started looking for a trainer this summer and tried several out. Patryk was the best by far - extremely responsive, clearly knowledgeable, and fun to work with. He tailors my workouts and keeps me challenged every workout.
