Lisa Oglesby

My name is Lisa Oglesby.  I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for 30 years.  Through strength training, running, biking, aerobics, pilates and yoga, I’ve developed tools and methods I use to keep myself moving more efficiently and pain free, especially as I age.  With the ability to become more aware of movement, I believe you can achieve the goals you desire, by listening to your body while you workout.  Let me coach you in the pool or on land to become a better version of who you want to become.
