I have been involved in athletics for as long as I can remember. I was instilled with a drive to succeed at a young age through sports and training, and I do everything I can to infuse my clients with this same drive. No matter your goal, I can help you achieve it.
I’m experienced with a wide variety of clientele, from absolute beginners to professional athletes. I’ve helped people succeed in marathons, powerlifting meets, and everything in between.
I received my formal education at the Norwegian Academy of Sports Science and have certifications in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebells, nutrition, and sports psychology, to name a few
