I live in Oregon, Wisconsin with my wife Katie and our three children. In my spare time I like to run – I’ve finished five full marathons and seven half marathons. My latest hobby has been training for triathlons. I competed in my first triathlon last summer and got the bug. Lately I’ve been training a lot on TRX and kettle bells.
My undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin is in physical and health education and I earned a masters degree (also from UW) in kinesiology. I’m am a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). My training philosophy is to work through goal-setting to help you pursue a healthy and active lifestyle. We know so much about the benefits of exercise; it’s a difficult journey alone, so I’m here to help. I work with individuals, small businesses, and clinics to prescribe exercise and coach people to achieve their health and fitness goals.

- TRX-kettle bell class that meets Mondays and Fridays 6:15-7:15am. Cost is $10 per class – great deal for 60 minutes of HIIT training!
- 5-person small group starting in June: This class will meet Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 4:30-5:10pm.
- Build-your-own: Do you have a group of three to eight people and want to do small group personal training with me? Get in touch and we’ll find some time to meet at the club and put something together!
