Since 2007, I have been dedicated to coaching and have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from coaches at top institutions across the country.
In 2015, I had the honor of working with the Wisconsin Women’s Rugby Club during their historic 40th-anniversary year, when they won their first-ever D2 USA Rugby National Championship. In 2016, I was proud to support them again as they reached the National Final and earned the title of National Runner-Up.
Since then, I’ve been privileged to coach and send high-level athletes to professional triathlons, Team USA Junior national programs, Macclesfield FC, West Point, the US Naval Academy, and many others. My experience extends to high school and collegiate athletes across a variety of sports, including soccer, volleyball, football, swimming, tennis, rowing, baseball, and basketball.
I also enjoy working with adults, helping them achieve their health, wellness, body composition, and general fitness goals. Whether it’s weight loss, building strength, or improving overall well-being, I am passionate about guiding individuals toward sustainable and meaningful results.
