She specializes in Medical and Sports massage, regularly utilizing Cupping and Hot Stone massage to enhance the effectiveness of her treatments. Caroline is also trained in a variety of massage techniques, including Acupressure, Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Prenatal massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy.
