Brock has been an athlete since childhood, competing at a high level in wrestling and playing college football. His love for the weight room and fitness led him to explore a wide range of training styles, from Olympic lifting to endurance sports. Now an experienced personal trainer, he balances strength and conditioning with marathon training and is preparing to transition into triathlons.
As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Brock has spent the past two years training clients both online and in person.
