HPS 2017 Registration is Open

High Performance Spinning (HPS) is a class for the individual who wants to raise their bicycle riding fitness to the next level.  If you are looking to have top aerobic fitness this spring, HPS will get you off to a good start by providing ninety minutes of aerobic conditioning. You will also gain valuable knowledge about riding and training techniques to improve your riding style from master instructor Matthew Hanson. Matt has been racing and riding bicycles for over twenty-five years and brings that coaching experience to HPS. Matt has worked with all age groups and rider levels in that time, and is considered one of the foremost experts on training and racing techniques.

HPS-Photo

HPS meets twice a week 6 weeks. It covers a variety of topics designed to enhance your ability to ride more efficiently, with more speed and power. Great music, large screen DVD projection system will entertain you as you train. Bring in your own IPod or CD music to entertain the class while we ride.

 

HPS will provide you a unique opportunity to train on your own bicycle if you choose, while attached to one of our Cyclops Fluid trainers or bring in your own pedals and ride on one of our Keiser M3 bikes. All equipment will be provided.

Bike storage
$20.00 for one session or $40.00 for both
Register here or stop by the front desk. Please indicate on your registration form if you are going to use your own bicycle, as space is limited for fluid trainers.
