Pinnacle Triathlon Training
We have coaches, pre-season training classes, indoor triathlons, special clinics, group training, and private lessons to get you started or to help you improve.
Join us for two hours each Sunday morning for a community working together to reach common goals. Those training for longer (70.3 & 140.6) distances typically join our 7a – 9a group, and our 10a – 12 noon group is geared more toward newer triathletes. If you are unsure about which group would be best for you, please contact Cynthia.
Our 2020 group Triathlon Training classes meet Sunday mornings from January 12 through May 17. Our Winter Session for our shorter distance group will run for 7 weeks (January 12 – February 23) and will include weekly swim training as well as strength and conditioning. Our Spring Session (for both our shorter and longer distance groups) will run March 1 – May 17 (we will not meet on Easter Sunday). Once again, we will have weekly swim training, as well as sport specific conditioning.
Winter Session (7 weeks: Jan 12 – Feb 23): Members $150/ Non-members $185
Spring Session (11 weeks: March 1 – May 17): Members $240/ Non-members $285
Both Sessions (18 weeks: Jan 12 – May 17): Members $360/ Non-members $450
Throughout the summer, you can join one of our open water group swims, Masters swim classes, or inquire about individual private swim lessons (both in the pool and in open water).
