This is your body and your strength training goals and we want to help you reach them. When you want to build muscle, you have plenty of options at Pinnacle Health + Fitness.
Of course, we have free weights for your weight lifting desires and we have specific strength training workouts built to attack the core muscles in your body.
Your entire body will be transformed in this Les Mills original strength training class. This is a 45 to 60 minute barbell class that uses the basic weight lifting exercises. There is a proven BodyPump formula that combines lower weights but higher repetition to help burn the fat and build muscle without the bulk. Space is limited. Come and see a class in action then sign-up!
Put simply, dynamic strength is concentrated muscle action displayed during movement. Our dynamic strength class takes your strength training to a different level set to music using every strength training toy you could think of – dumbbells, bands, discs, balance pods, physio balls, etc. You will find yourself wishing this class wasn’t over!
This strength training workout class is a bit different in that your muscles will be trained to lift heavier objects but with less repetition. Pure Strength uses weight lifting techniques to increase bone density and boost your metabolism. Even when resting, you will be burning calories with a Pure Strength class.
Another Les Mills class, CX Worx is aimed at making your body stronger, not just building muscle through strength training workouts. It is essential you strengthen your core – it’s the glue that holds your body together! 30 minutes of this strength training workout will include resistance tubing, weighted plates, dumbbells and body-weight exercises such as crunches and planks.
