Our Masters Swim Sessions are organized progressive workouts led by experienced Masters Swim Coaches. Each session consists of a structured workout that will help you train towards your individual goals. Your coach will help you with stroke refinement as you work on endurance and technique in an encouraging environment. Whether you swim for recreation, are training for an open water event, or want to improve on race times, this class is for you. Come join a school of swimmers with similar goals.
- Classes are 60 minutes long
- Swim year-round.
