Four weeks of intense training with SGT Chris Fleming will have you in great condition for this summer. Non stop action and continuous functional training
Each 45 minute class will include:
- Cardio based agility training using the

- Ropes
- Weight sleds
- Weight training using
- Kettle Bells
- Medicine Balls
- TRX Straps
- Free Weights
- Tire Flipping
- Body weight
- 45 minutes of high energy activity
