Aquatics




We work hard to offer a rich variety of group exercise classes throughout the day. Our class offerings begin the moment our doors open—the crack of dawn, for all you early birds. Then they continue throughout the day and into the early evening. We offer group exercise classes not only in our studio classrooms at both locations but also in our warm-water pool and lap pool at the Fitchburg location.

$Family Swim (Warm Water Pool)
Feb 17 @ 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Have fun for an hour and a half and enjoy the Warm Water Pool with your children.  The fee is $3.00 per child. Kids Kastle members are free.

Fluid Joints (Warm Water Pool & Lap Pool) (Nicole & Mary)
Feb 18 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

This class is for anyone with any type of arthritis, movement disorder, recovering fro or preparing for surgery, parkinson’s disease, fibromyalgia, post stroke or balance issues.  Our certified instructors will get you moving and feeling better.  Every one is challenged at their own level.  All fitness levels welcome.

HiLo H20 (Warm Water Pool) (Lynn)
Feb 18 @ 5:30 pm – 6:20 pm

Move at your highest intensity then recover. Have fun and shape up in this energizing class. This class will give you a total body workout. A variety of equipment is used to keep your body challenged.

Aqua Moves (Warm Water Pool) (Heidi, Lisa)
Feb 19 @ 9:45 am – 10:35 am

Note:  This class goes until 10:35.  Strength, balance, range of motion and general fitness is the focus of this class

Hi Lo H2O (Warm Water Pool) Rotation
Feb 19 @ 4:30 pm – 5:20 pm

This is a higher intensity 45-minute class with lots of travel and Aqua Zumba Moves.  See how effective the water can be to burn fat and tone your muscles.

Aqua Flow (Warm Water Pool) (Rotation)
Feb 20 @ 10:45 am – 11:30 am

This 45-minute class will include deep breathing & slow movements of Ai Chi (Tai Chi in the water) to increase range of motion & core strength. Yoga, Pilates & balance exercises will also be part of this class to increase body stability & flexibility.
