Matthew Hanson
Hello I am Matthew Hanson the fitness director and a personal trainer here at Pinnacle Health +Fitness. Your personal training should be fun as well as informative and enjoyable. Your goals should be achieved and you should have a trainer that delivers on those goals. I can be that person for you.
I haven’t always been a personal trainer. After serving my country, I entered the University of Wisconsin where I received my bachelors’ degree in exercise science some 15 years ago. I always have enjoyed fitness as both a runner and as a cyclist so being a trainer was a natural fit. While at the University of Wisconsin three us us formed the University of Wisconsin Cycling team. After school I started my own cycling team, the Flying Bobcats, which has 40 members and races and rides throughout the state. I also am the director of WiSport a bicycle racing arganization that has races and rides all over the state.
Looking good, feeling good or achieving your fitness goal is important to you, and as your trainer helping you achieve that goal is important to me. Clients that I have trained have succeeded in

v Ridding their bicycle from Califorinia to New Jersey
v Entered and finished a first running race
v Losing that last 10 lbs to reach their weight goal
v Gained self confidence and self fulfillment
v Have adapted their lifestyle to include and maintain a healthy quality of life through fitness
v Set personal best times for a 5K run taking over two minutes off.
