Water running is an extensive training program that uses both the shallow and deep ends of the lap pool.  The movement technique taught mimics land running muscles.  A variety of drills including intervals and plyometrics will be done in this class.
Aqua Boot Camp is a high intensity workout like no other.
This classes utilizes both the shallow and deep end of the pools.  A variety of tools are used as you shape and condition your body with interval training.
Triathlon Training is coached by a USAT certified triathlon coach.  Emphasis is on technique, conditioning, training habits and safety.
Our Master Swim Sessions are organized progressive workouts led by experienced Master Swim Coaches.  This structured workout is fun yet challenging.  Individual stroke refinement and goals will be addressed. Minimize aches and pains and reduce your risk of injury with consistent snow-sport specific conditioning.  The class will include balance drills, muscle strength and core-conditioning drills. Let the competition begin. Are you the next big winner? Lose inches and pounds as you compete for money prizes. This is just want you need to keep you focused and motivated.

High Performance Spinning (HPS) is an hour and a half spin class designed for cyclists training for the upcoming season.  It is also for people interested in becoming better riders. This group class mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.  The coach will push you harder than you can push yourself maximizing your performance and your results. Get ready for outdoor open water with indoor practice.  Whether you are a veteran to open water or are completely intimidated by it, you can improve your open water skills with this class.

Formerly Dean Health Works Water Works low impact water aerobics class that will increase cardiovascular health, range of motion and muscle tone. Use a Kettlebell to perform a variety of swinging and ballistic movements. These movements will combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training engaging the entire body to help you perform real life activities better. Condition your body and improve you golf game at Pinnacle with reaction drills, upper body stability training and core training.
