Water running is an extensive training program that uses both the shallow and deep ends of the lap pool.  The movement technique taught mimics land running muscles.  A variety of drills including intervals and plyometrics will be done in this class,   
Aqua Boot Camp is a high intensity workout like no other.
This classes utilizes both the shallow and deep end of the pools.  A variety of tools are used as you shape and condition your body with interval training.
Triathlon Training is coached by a USAT certified triathlon coach.  Emphasis is on technique, conditioning, training habits and safety.

 



Our Master Swim Sessions are organized progressive workouts led by experienced Master Swim Coaches.  This structured workout is fun yet challenging.  Individual stroke refinement and goals will be addressed.
 Minimize aches and pains and reduce your risk of injury with consistent snow-sport specific conditioning.  The class will include balance drills, muscle strength and core-conditioning drills.

High Performance Spinning (HPS) is an hour and a half spin class designed for cyclists training for the upcoming season.  It is also for people interested in becoming better riders. This group class mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.  The coach will push you harder than you can push yourself maximizing your performance and your results.
Finn's Functional Fitness is the newest way to train.  In this class you train like the pros. Plyometrics, speed training, aerobics and core conditioning will be used to help you perform better.
Get results from your workout! Liz will give you the encouragement and direction that you need to push your body to the correct limits to maximize your training results.  Win prizes while losing weight and getting a healthier body.  Join the challenge to get fit.  Are you motivated enough to lose 10 pounds in 7 weeks?  Work out with a trainer once a week and then complete assigned workouts on your own.  You will be a support network as you get results.
