PINNACLE HEALTH + FITNESS: Dietitian / Nutrition

 
Hi, my name is Jeannine Bindl. I am a Registered Dietitian and graduate of the University of Minnesota. My main 
focus as an RD is integrating nutrition with exercise to enhance physical health. Combined with my degree, I also have
experience as a personal trainer. Consequently, my experience counseling clients includes various health and
fitness challenges; including diabetes, heart health, blood pressure management, energy balance, and strength building.
On a more personal note, I enjoy being outside and in the kitchen. I love the challenge of modifying recipes to a 
more healthful and flavorful form. With the new addition of a dog, 6 month old Maddie, and husband to my family,
I foresee developing a few other hobbies as well!
It is my belief that a healthy balance of exercise and quality fuel for the body will improve any one's quality of life. 
Helping individuals discover this balance is my passion. My goal is to empower you to develop and achieve

I initially reached out to Jeannine for help in reducing my body fat. I wanted Jeannine to help me figure out how to
lose weight without being hungry. I hate being hungry… It was a challenge to determine the right level of protein,
fiber and calories I needed to support the level of exercise I was engaged and still lose weight. Jeannine helped
me set realistic expectations and set goals to monitor and measure my progress on a monthly basis. I travel and
am engage in many business events and activities that make it difficult to keep my eye on what I eat, how much
I eat and when I fit in exercise. We tracked my daily food consumption, calories, fiber, protein and exercise routine
to balance in take and output. Jeannine is very engaging and listened to what was going on in your life in order to

Vikki Hettiger for my personal training needs was able to lose 8 pounds and 1.5% body. I felt these were very
positive results in a pretty short time period. I could not have been successful in meeting my goals had I not engaged
with Jeannine so she could help me lose weight without being hungry. I would recommend Jeannine to my friends
