With a variety of fitness options to choose from, coming back to the club on a regular basis is easy. Today it's a group exercise class, tomorrow it's resistance training, and Wednesday it's a few laps in the swimming pool. Thursday can be a relaxing sauna or whirlpool. Having this many options helps keep your workouts fresh!
Group Exercise
At Pinnacle Health + Fitness, we offer a wide variety of aerobic conditioning programs to challenge you at every level. All of our group exercise instructors are certified, with the skills necessary to teach all of the offered classes. Check out the class schedules or find them posted by each studio.

Strength & Cardio Equipment
Treadmills, Precor ellipticals crosstrainers, Reebok Body Treks, stair steppers, and exercise bikes provide a variety of cardiovascular activities for you to choose from. State-of-the-art engineering makes the strength training equipment safer, easier, and more beneficial than all other equipment. Free weights round out the variety of equipment available at the club.
Tanning
Tanning is available for a small fee to club members and non-members. Tanning packages and supplies can be purchased at the front desk. Call or stop by the frontdesk to make an appointment. |

Personal Training
Our certified personal trainers will deliver the results that you demand for your sports orientated, or weight loss goals. If it is motivation you need to reach your true potential, we can help. Check out the trainer bios, coming soon each trainer’s personal web site.
Massage Therapy
Pinnacle Health + Fitness contracts with certified massage therapists, each with many hours of experience. Massage is a great way to relieve stress and treat sore or injured muscles. Visit the front desk for pricing and to schedule an appointment.

Aquatic Center
Jump in for a few laps in our 75 foot lap pool or join one of our fun and invigorating classes. We offer a wide variety of classes for both swimmers and non-swimmers.
Enjoy the benefits of warm water in our exercise pool that is heated to 88 degrees. Our pool is accredited by the Arthritis Foundation. It is ideal for your post-surgery rehab, and those who suffer joint and muscle disorders. It is also ideal for those who wish to exercise in warmer water.
Proshop
The Pinnacle Health + Fitness Pro-shop carries various items to help you with your workout. Water bottles, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, yoga pants, batteries, heart rate monitors, protien bars, and tanning lotion, can all be purchased or billed to your account

Kids Kastle
Childcare services are available to club members and may be purchased on a daily or unlimited basis. Kids Kastle fees can be attached with your dues on a monthly basis. Inquire at the front desk to purchase these services.

Don't forget to take a minute to refuel your body and catch up with your friends. Stop by the Fruit of the Earth Smoothie Express located at the front desk.
