PINNACLE HEALTH + FITNESS: Group Exercise


  
Today group exercise is more than aerobics, it's designed to allow all fitness levels to participate and have fun doing it. Choreographed classes mean that your class is consistent and easy to follow. 
 
We offer more than 180 group exercise classes each month for all fitness levels. We've designed our programs to cater to beginners as well as those who know need an advanced workout. To achieve the benefits of cross training we encourage you to participate in all of our classes or group activities at the club, exercising at a comfortable yet challenging level.
Each class includes a warm up, cardio section and/or strength, and a cool down. We provide the structure and expert instructors, all you have to do is show up.
