Hi, my name is Christi. My goal is to see to it that you reach your fitness goals. Exercise is not only good for weight loss but it will also increase your energy! Whether exercise is fun for you or it is more of a challenge, I’m here to make it more enjoyable for you. I am always developing new exercises to give you a total body workout. Using different techniques and exercises will also help you stay pumped up about your workouts. You’ll never know what new or challenging exercises I will have you do!
 
There are numerous benefits to exercise, which include better sleep, decreased stress, and increased energy. Along with exercise, nutrition is a vital component. Last year I ran the Lose Big! Win Big! Weight Loss Challenge at our Fitchburg club. In the past I’ve done 90-day weight loss challenges and nutrition/lifestyle management sessions with various clients. Majoring in Dietetics/Nutrition at UW-Madison, I learned about the body and its response to calories and nutrients. Making and maintaining practical changes to your diet is essential in order to consistently eat a healthy and balanced diet.
 
I have always had a passion for exercise. I absolutely love what I do! My goal is to help you get the most out of your workouts every time you step into the gym. I will also help you develop a program that is personalized for you based on your fitness goals. 
 
The best thing about exercise is that there are no limits to the improvements you can make. I thoroughly enjoy helping others reach their goals and I also constantly challenge myself to become a better athlete. In college, I was on the Lightweight Rowing Team with UW-Madison. After college, I started training for triathlons. I have ran several Half Marathons and completed the Madison Marathon twice: 2009 and 2011. I also was a finisher in the Half Ironman in Racine 2009 and Ironman Wisconsin in Madison 2009. This fall I am competing in Ironman Wisconsin again!
