I was a member of the Verona Fitness Club when it merged with Pinnacle years ago. Over the years I’ve attended lots of group classes, and I can unreservedly that Beth’s Monday evening group class “Dynamic Strength” is among the very best. She is well –organized and clearly puts a lot of time and thought into her class preparation, so the class can get maximum benefit out of the hour we share. On top of that, she’s got a wonderful personality and makes everything seem like fun. If I ever decide to go with a personal trainer, Beth would definitely be my choice.”

Beth Jefferson’s teaching style is a very effective combination of drill sergeant and comedian! I’ve attended many exercise classes over the years, and it’s safe to say that she’s my all-time favorite instructor. She makes even the most grueling workouts fun. When I’m sore for a day or two after one of her classes, I know what a great workout I got, despite the fact that I was entertained by her upbeat personality. She always suggests “modifications” so that everyone in attendance can challenge themselves based on their fitness level and stamina. There are many people who attend her classes religiously…her fan base speaks for itself.
