“Even though I considered myself to be moderately active, I'd never learned what made a good workout.  My most success previously had been from casual cross-country running, but I wasn't happy with my running skill and it was difficult to keep up during colder months when I was forced to run on a treadmill.  I soon realized that my workouts weren't cutting it -- even running consistently and using the cardio machines wouldn't prepare me for the rigors of Liz's Boot Camps!  With Liz's training, I now have the ability to push myself to work my body to the same intensity I do in boot camp.  And since I can do these workouts on my own schedule, as often as I want, I've noticed even better results with my body shape, fitness, and strength.”
