I am excited to join Pinnacle Health + Fitness as a Personal Trainer and want to share my health and fitness knowledge with those looking to improve their fitness level.  As a personal trainer, I exercise to provide balance in my lifestyle and improve my health.  I feel that if you are not taking care of your body physically it may be a detriment to other areas of your life.  You may feel stressed at work, less energized during the day, or restless at night.  Once you incorporate physical activity into you daily routine your body will react and you will see and feel changes in your day to day activities. 
I am eager to help you achieve your goals and find that balance within your life.  I enjoy working with all individuals at various fitness levels and I am passionate about working with clients who are looking to lose weight and become a healthier version of them self.  Your workouts will be designed with a mix of exercises to make you workouts more efficiently to see results quicker.
