With a variety of things to do, coming back to the club on a regular basis is easy. Today it's group exercise class, tomorrow it's resistance training, Wednesday is a good time for a massage or just relaxing in the whirlpool. Having options helps keep your workouts fresh!

Group Exercise
At Pinnacle Health + Fitness, Capitol Square location, we offer a wide variety of group exercise programs to challenge you at every level. All of our group exercise instructors are certified, with the skills necessary to teach the offered classes. Zumba, Turbokick, Yoga, Pilates, Bodypump, Bodystep, Cycling and Strength / Sculpt fitness classes are offered.

Strength & Cardio Equipment
Pinnacle's Capitol Square location is the first to offer Keiser cycling bikes for cycling classes, new flow rowing machines (using water for resistance) and Cybex full-range-of motion strength and training equipment. The downstairs is dedicated to free weights.
Tanning
Tanning is available for a small fee to club members and non-members. Tanning packages and supplies can be purchased at the front desk, as well as making appointments.
Massage Therapy
Pinnacle Health & Fitness contracts with certified massage therapists, each with many hours of experience. Massage is a great way to relieve stress and treat sore or injured muscles. Visit the front desk for pricing and to schedule an appointment.

Personal Training
Our certified personal trainers will deliver the results that you demand for your sports orientated, or weight loss goals. If it is motivation to find and help you reach your true potential, we can help. Check out the trainer bios and coming soon, each trainer’s personal web site.
Proshop
The Pinnacle Health + Fitness Pro-shop carries various items to help you with your workout. Water bottles, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, yoga pants, batteries, and tanning lotion, can all be purchased or billed to your account

Don't forget to take a minute to refuel your body and catch up with your friends. Stop by the Fruit of the Earth Smoothie Express located at the front desk.
Parking
Members who choose to park in the ramp at the rear of our building, have access to free and reduced parking charges.
Monday thru Friday
· 3:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. $1 per hour**
· 5:31 p.m. to close Free*
· Saturday – Sunday Free all day (excluding special events)
In addition there is also metered parking around the building.
