Today group exercise is more than aerobics, it's designed to allow all fitness levels to participate and have fun doing it.
We offer more than 180 group exercise classes each month for those at all fitness levels. We've designed our programs to cater to beginners as well as those who know what a grape vine is. To achieve the benefits of cross training we encourage your participation in a variety of classes or group activities in the club, exercising at a comfortable yet challenging level.
Each class includes a warm up, cardio section and/or strength, and cool down. We provide the structure and expert instructors all you have to do is show up.
