Hi, my name is Dave Zorn and I am one of the personal trainers here at here at Pinnacle Health + Fitness. As your personal trainer I am here to keep you accountable, motivate you each and every workout, and to help you reach every one of your short term and long term goals.
I am a UW- Eau Claire graduate with a B.S. in Exercise Science and have been working in Madison for the past four years as a personal trainer. During the past 4+ years, I have worked with a wide range of clients from high school students to individuals in their 80’s. So no matter what your goals whether they are big or small, I will design a custom program to meet your specific goals.
A couple of questions that I hear frequently are:
1. “What keeps you personally motivated to workout and incorporate fitness into your daily routine?” To me it is simple. I think of exercise as just part of any other routine that I have during the day such as brushing my teeth, eating, getting out of bed…etc, etc. I know and feel the positive effects each day with reduced stress, more energy, and a sense of accomplishment.
2. “Why should I hire a personal trainer?” Another good question that can simply be answered by three words: Accountability, Motivation, and Expectations.
3. “The process of meeting and working with a trainer can be intimating.” I can assure you, have no fear. Rather look at this as a journey to investing in yourself and making this a lifelong endeavor to make fitness a part of your life.
