Since early 2016 Hans has been running FT2 Training. In this class where participants send their fitness tracker data to Hans for analysis. From this data, Hans adjusts the workouts to help each participant reach their goal. In October 2016 Hans offered The Fitness Tracker 2.0 Seminar. This 60-minute session covered what we’ve learned from FT Training and presented tips and tricks to get the most out of your fitness tracker. In November 2016 Hans developed FT2 Online, an eight week (online) course for members who want to take the seminar information to the next level. Participants check in twice weekly with Hans to discuss their training and Hans makes adjustments based on what you fitness tracker and comments are reporting. If you workout on a regular basis but aren’t seeing the results you’d like, FT2 Online is for you.
