We work hard to offer a rich variety of group exercise classes throughout the day. Our class offerings begin the moment our doors open—the crack of dawn, for all you early birds. Then they continue throughout the day and into the early evening. We offer group exercise classes not only in our studio classrooms at both locations but also in our warm-water pool and lap pool at the Fitchburg location.

A dynamic, faster-paced class that will tone your body while disciplining your mind. Power Yoga consists of an energetic series of Yoga postures done in sync with breath (Vinyasa-style), with an emphasis on moving fluidly from pose to pose. The result is an enhanced physical strength and stamina, improved flexibility and a calm yet focused mind. All levels welcome, with modifications offered for both new and advanced students.
