Classes for all Locations



We work hard to offer a rich variety of group exercise classes throughout the day. Our class offerings begin the moment our doors open—the crack of dawn, for all you early birds. Then they continue throughout the day and into the early evening. We offer group exercise classes not only in our studio classrooms at both locations but also in our warm-water pool and lap pool at the Fitchburg location.

BodyPump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. An excellent supplement to cardiovascular training, this 60 minute workout will challenge all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
