Classes for all Locations

We work hard to offer a rich variety of group exercise classes throughout the day. Our class offerings begin the moment our doors open—the crack of dawn, for all you early birds. Then they continue throughout the day and into the early evening. We offer group exercise classes not only in our studio classrooms at both locations but also in our warm-water pool and lap pool at the Fitchburg location.

Cycling – Fitchburg (Cycle Studio, John)

Experience the ride of your life! Cycling is a fun, athletic workout that closely mimics a true biking experience

Dynamic Strength – Fitchburg (Studio 1, Beth)
Feb 20 @ 6:00 pm – 6:45 pm

No choreography here – just a full-body workout using dumbbells, tubing, Physio-Balls, body resistance and more.  This non-cardio class will not only build muscle strength and endurance, but also target problem-areas and give your body definition.

Power Yoga – Capitol Square (Group Ex Studio, Lynne)
Feb 20 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

A dynamic, faster-paced class that will tone your body while disciplining your mind. Power Yoga consists of an energetic series of Yoga postures done in sync with breath (Vinyasa-style), with an emphasis on moving fluidly from pose to pose. The result is an enhanced physical strength and stamina, improved flexibility and a calm yet focused mind. All levels welcome, with modifications offered for both new and advanced students.

TRX – Fitchburg (Studio 2, Andrea)
Feb 20 @ 6:15 pm – 7:00 pm

This challenging 45 minute class will have you breathing hard and feeling muscles you never knew you had! TRX works the whole core all the time, so get ready for great abs and a strong back in addition to a toned, sculpted body! TRX will incorporate strength, flexibility, power, endurance and core into each circuit-style workout.

Warm Water Open Swim

Feb 20 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Water running will exceed your expectations. It is fun, confidence building and effective. It is an extensive training program that uses both the shallow and deep ends of the lap pool. The movement technique taught mimics land running muscles, but shields you from the heavy impact.
